We are led by Victoria, an Australian-born floral designer with over a decade of industry expertise. However, The Gathering Florist is far more than one person. Our team of skilled florists and on-site coordinators works together to bring each wedding to life. From the first consultation to the final bloom, we are with you every step of the way.
Together, we design, install, and coordinate weddings across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the greater New York City area. Our work is intentional, personal, and designed to be remembered.

Victoria founded The Gathering Florist with a clear vision: wedding florals should feel like an extension of who you are. Over her career, she has worked alongside respected names including The Style Co, East Olivia Creative, and Ivie Joy Productions. She has also contributed her floral talent to high-profile events such as New York Fashion Week and New York Bridal Week. Additionally, her work has been featured at the New York LEAF Festival. These experiences have refined and deepened her creative perspective.
Yet, above all, it is the weddings that inspire her most. There is nothing quite like designing florals for a couple's most meaningful day. Therefore, Victoria built a team that shares her commitment to craft, detail, and genuine care for every client. Today, our team brings that same passion to every wedding we take on as a New York City wedding florist.
